Funeral services for L.S. "Sam" Skaggs will be held at the Cathedral of the Madeline, 309 E. South Temple, Salt Lake City, on Wednesday, March 27, at 11 a.m. A vigil will be held at the Cathedral of the Madeline on Tuesday, March 26, at 7 p.m. Friends may greet the family from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Cathedral.
