SANDY - Guadalupe Okamura Lopez, 86, died March 15, 2011 at home.
Lopez was born Nov. 15, 1924. She loved bowling, gardening, laughing with her sisters, shopping with her daughters and going to lunch with her son. Her lasagna and spaghetti were legendary. She was devoted to her family and friends and was always willing to listen to the troubles of others. She was a very loving, humble and gracious woman. She was a giving and wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, daughter, sister and aunt.
She is survived by her children Mike (Kelly), Silvia (Jeff), Zsa (Rod); grandchildren Eric, Stacie, Corrie, Nathan, Lindsay, Alexandria, Mariesa, Christina; great-grandchildren Kade, Taylor, Adison, Talon, Paytyn, Noah, Reagan, Khloye; her 101 year-old mother, Angelina Okamur-; siblings Frank, Esther, Joe, Linda; and numerous extended family members.
A funeral Mass was celebrated at Saint Thomas More Catholic Church. Interment was in Redwood Memorial Estates.
