The Most Rev. John C. Wester, Bishop of Salt Lake City, celebrated the 13th anniversary of his Episcopal ordination on Sept. 18. He began his day celebrating Mass in the chapel of the Carmel of Immaculate Heart of Mary Monastery in Holladay, prior to the start of the annual Carmelite Fair.
