SALT LAKE CITY — Hazel Christine Caputo, 83, passed away May 10, 2012.

Caputo was born to Rossario and Christina Caputo. She spent most of her working years running the Caputo grocery store and as a telephone operator for "Ma Bell."

Caputo was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Jay Caputo, Roy Caputo and Dominick Caputo; Marie Caputo-Jefferies, and John Caputo.

Caputo is survived by Frank Caputo, Lee Caputo, Rose Caputo, Margaret Caputo-Seeronen, Eileen Caputo-Tubbs and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

A funeral Mass was celebrated at Saint Vincent De Paul Catholic Church.
