The 2015 Bishop's Dinner will celebrate the restoration of the Cathedral of the Madeleine that was completed in 1993. Monsignor M. Francis Mannion (left) and Bishop William K. The annual benefit for The Cathedral of the Madeleine will be Thursday, Oct. 1 at the Grand America  Hotel. The Most Rev. William K. Weigand, seventh Bishop of Salt Lake City and Bishop Emeritus of Sacramento, will be the guest speaker. Monsignor M. Francis Mannion, pastor emeritus of Saint Vincent de Paul Parish, will be honored.
