SALT LAKE CITY — Isaiah Martinez, 77, passed away Aug.17, 2012.

Martinez was born in Lebanon, Colo. April 23, 1935 to Manuel and Mary Martinez.

Martinez is survived by two sisters and a son, Matthew.

Martinez is preceded in death by his mother; father and nine brothers and sisters.

A funeral Mass was celebrated at Saint Thomas More Catholic Church.
