SALT LAKE CITY — Jack Forgie, 90, passed away Feb. 5, 2012.

Forgie was a veteran of World War II, during which time he met his wife, Ethel, who preceded him in death after 61 years of marriage.

Forgie is survived by his three children, Richard Forgie, Joan Zachry and Julia Forgie; two grandsons; two great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law Mary Forgie and son-in-law Phillip Zachry Sr.

A memorial Mass was celebrated at Saint Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.
