SALT LAKE CITY — James Everett Palmer, 77, passed away on Aug. 13, 2012.

Palmer was born Nov. 29, 1934 in Newark, N.J. to Ernest James and Lula Mae Prince Palmer. He served in the United States Air Force. He married Guity Yasseri in 1964 in England. He was a member of the Roman Catholic Church. He loved attending Saint Jude Parish.

Palmer is survived by two sons: Jim (Kris) and Christopher; a grandson and a sister-in-law, Faradeh (Iraj) Rigi.

He was preceded in death by his wife.

Funeral services were held at Neil O’Donnell & Sons Mortuary.
