SALT LAKE CITY — James "Lee" Liddiard, 43, passed away April 27, 2013 after a long battle with cancer. Liddiard was born Sept. 16, 1969. He worked for Cazier Excavating as well as Ames (Provo River) on the I-15 core project. A funeral Mass was celebrated at Saint Therese of the Child Jesus Catholic Church.
