Garden city, Idaho — James Vincent Welsh, 54, died March 13, 2014. Welsh was born in Casper, Wyo., to Frank and Frances Welsh. A graduate of Judge Memorial Catholic High School, he married Cindy Lynne Reynolds May 16, 1981 in Saint Olaf Catholic Church. He worked as a commercial and real estate painter. Welsh is survived by wife Cindy; sons Jon (Monica) and Patrick; daughter Jamie; three grandchildren and 11 siblings. Welsh was proceeded in death by his parents and two brothers. A funeral Mass was celebrated at Saint Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.
