Salt lake city — Janice Knickrehm passed away Jan. 23, 2013. Knickrehm was an actress and starred in 13 theater and made-for-TV movies, including "Halloween IV," her first movie in 1995; and culminating with "Den Brother," her last movie in 2010. Knickrehm is survived by children Matthew, Honore, John, Gene, Maggie and Gus; 15 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Knickrehm was preceded in death by her daughter Elizabeth. A memorial Mass was celebrated at Saint Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.
