SALT LAKE CITY — Joe Martinez, 79, passed away Sept. 7, 2013.
Martinez was born May 25, 1934 in LaMadera, N.M. to Eleanor Griego and Sixto Martinez. He married Dorothy Marquez on Nov. 28, 1953.
Martinez is survived by wife Dorothy; in-laws Frances and Corky; two sisters; one brother; three children: Joey (Cathy), Jody (Larry) and Wayne (Kitty); 11 grandchildren and 20 great- grandchildren.
Funeral services were celebrated at Redwood Memorial Mortuary.
