SALT LAKE CITY — Katheryn Mary Kolesar, 99, passed away May 13, 2012.

Kolesar was born Dec. 21, 1912 in Butlerville, to Henry and Katherine Hinnenkamp. She was a member of the Swords and Saint Thomas More Catholic Church.

Kolesar is survived by a nephew, three nieces, five grand-nephews and four grand-nieces.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Hans, and sisters Agnes, Elizabeth, Irene, Cecelia, Dorothy and brothers Joseph, Vincent and George.

A funeral Mass was celebrated at Saint Thomas More Catholic Church.
