DRAPER — Kim Darby, 51, passed away, after a seven-year battle with breast cancer. Darby was born in Port Washington, Wisc. on March 24, 1960 to Karen Mangino and Kenneth Prust. She came to Utah in 1993 with her husband, Jeff, and later that year they had their daughter, Caitlin. Darby loved her work at the Skaggs Catholic Center. Darby is survived by her husband, Jeff; daughter, Caitlin; Karen Mangino (mother), Kenneth Prust (father), and siblings Kenneth Prust (Katie), Kelly Kawashima (Fred), Kirk Prust (Tammi), and Kraig Prust (Lisa). A funeral Mass was celebrated at Saint John the Baptist Catholic Church.
