Lt. Gov. Greg Bell was among the speakers at the capital campaign kickoff for the Lantern House, formerly known as St. Anne’s Center, a homeless shelter in Ogden. The current facility, which has four family rooms, 64 beds in the men’s dorm and 24 beds in the women’s dorm, has been outgrown. Already more than $3.3 million has been raised for a new facility.
