SALT LAKE CITY — Lisa Gallegos Kelly, 50, passed away peacefully on May 14, 2012, from injuries sustained in an auto accident.

Kelly was born Oct. 12, 1961 to Efren Gallegos and Judy Salazar. She worked for Avon; she was a top sales representative in Utah, for which she won many awards and received numerous accolades.

Kelly is survived by her children Lacee Sanchez, Zachary Kelly, Dominic Kelly and Jacob Trujillo Gallegos; two grandchildren; sister Julie Gallegos; stepbrother Mark Goodman and ex-husband Tom Kelly.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter Whitney Kelly; sister Christy Gallegos; niece Cassy Kelly and step-parents John Trujillo and Linda Gallegos.

A funeral Mass was celebrated at Saint Vincent De Paul Catholic Church.
