SALT LAKE CITY — Marvin Johnny Padilla, 53, passed away April 2, 2012.

Padilla was born on July 13, 1958 to Lila Gonzales and Frutoso A. Padilla in Llano, N.M.

Padilla is survived by daughter Peggy S. (Roberto) Archuleta; father Frutoso; brother Robert Padilla; sisters Helen (Wilfred) Lucero, Madlyn (George) Sanchez and JoAnn Padilla; three grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Padilla was preceded in death by his mother, Lila; brothers Max and Albert; sister Marcella and grandparents.

A funeral Mass was celebrated at Saint Therese of the Child Jesus Catholic Church.
