SALT LAKE CITY — Mary Katherine Petersen died March 12, 2013. She was born April 16, 1943 in Brainerd, Minn., to Robert and Margaret Petersen. Petersen is survived by her daughter Therese (Brett) Clay; siblings Robert Petersen, Marguerite (Harley) Adair, and James (Joan) Petersen, and numerous nieces and nephews. Petersen was proceeded in death by her parents, brother Richard Petersen and sisters Geraldine Stuart and Patricia Wolff. A funeral Mass was celebrated at Saint John the Baptist Catholic Church.
