SALT LAKE CITY — Michael T. Vaughan, 67, passed away in June 2013. Vaughan was born April 30, 1945 in Colorado Springs, Colo. to John T. and Maxine Reynolds Vaughan. He graduated from Judge Memorial Catholic High School in 1963 and was a member of the Catholic Church. He worked for Source One Management at Qwest Communications and retired from Holy Cross Hospital after 21 years. Vaughan was preceded in death by his sister Susan H. Vaughan. A funeral Mass was celebrated at Saint Ambrose Catholic Church.
