On March 18, students in the 4th and 5th grades at Kearns-St. Ann School went on a field trip to the Natural History Museum of Utah. This was a free field trip made possible by a grant from Target. Students explored topics related to bio-mechanics, genetics, geology, and fossils. They also were able to view and interact with exhibits on Native American history and archaeology, giving them the opportunity to engage in hands-on learning experiences.
