SALT LAKE CITY - Olga Florence Dalnodar, 91, died March 11, 2011. She was a member of Saint Ann Parish.

Dalnodar was born May 2, 1919, to Erminia Anselmi and Bortolo Dalnodar in Superior, Wyo. A graduate of the University of Wyoming, she worked in the Wyoming Department of Education for seven years before moving to Salt Lake City. She retired from Chevron (then Standard Oil) after 36 years, and was proud to represent Chevron in EWI, (Executive Women International) where she served as Chapter President (1972), and was the corporate director of EWI (1983-1984).

An avid golfer, she was a member of the Chevron Women's and the Bonneville Ladies Golf associations. She devotedly cared for her mother for 30 years in their home. Fiercely independent until the end, she refused to use a wheelchair, saying they were for old people. Her family lovingly cared for her for the past few years. She was dearly loved and was an incredibly important part of their lives. A devout Catholic, she received Holy Communion every Sunday from Sister Michele Curtin or either Jane or George Starks.

She is survived by her sister Ruby Davis and three generations of nieces and nephews of whom she was extremely proud.

A Funeral Mass was celebrated at Saint Ann Catholic Church. Interment will be in Rock Springs, Wyo.
