SANDY — Patsy Carroll, 53, died Feb. 25, 2011. Carroll was born Nov. 17, 1939, in Texarkana, Texas. She married Don Carroll on May 25, 1957. She will be remembered as a woman who was devoted to her family, especially her two grandsons. Her passing has left an emptiness in her family member’s hearts. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Don; son Kelly Carroll and his wife Diana; grandsons Clayton and Grant; sister Jo Ann Shumaker; and other extended family members. A funeral Mass was celebrated at Saint Thomas More Catholic Church.
