MAGNA — Paul Razzeca, 79, died Feb. 6, at his home from complications of chronic lung disease. Razzeca was born Sept. 27, 1928, in Magna to Rocco Razzeca and Santucci Penna Razzeca. He married Renee Paulsen. They were together 58 years. He graduated from Cyprus High School in 1946. He retired from Kennecott Copper Corp. after 40 years, and then he retired from the Metropolitan Water Co. after 10 years. During his retirement, he enjoyed working with childhood friends Gailey and Ernie Colosimo at their store in Magna. He is survived by his wife, Renee; his children and their spouses, Michael (Jane), Dr. Kristin (Dr. Stephen) Walsh, Timothy (Tina), Suzanne (Ret. USAF Lt. Col. Nicholas) Sandwick, Richard (Annie); and son-in-law, Stephen McCaughey; grandchildren, Jennifer, Stephen, Thomas, Skyler, Amelia, Kristin, Hannah, and William; and great-grandson, Rocco. A funeral Mass was celebrated at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Magna. Committal was in the Tooele City Cemetery.
