LAWRENCE — Paul Timothy Simmons, 33, died as a result of an accident on July 29, 2011.

Simmons was born April 8, 1978 in Price to Tim and Diane Porter Simmons. He married Brianne Mason and they had four daughters.

Simmons is survived by his wife, Brianne; daughters Kamrie, Danielle, Raquelle and Madilyn; parents Tim and Dianne Simmons; sister Sara (Jason) Lamb; and brother Josh Simmons.

A funeral Mass was celebrated at Notre Dame de Lourdes Catholic Church.
