Salt Lake City — Richard Andrew Cwik, 52, passed away on March 10, 2011 from Parkinson’s disease. Cwik was born in 1959 in Illinois to Joseph C. and Joann A. Cwik. He attended St. Vincent Elementary and Judge Memorial. He went on to earn his MBA from Utah Sate University and worked for Northwest Pipeline. Cwik is survived by his parents; brother John (Heidi); sister Katherine and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. A funeral Mass was celebrated at Saint Vincent de Paul Church.
