SALT LAKE CITY — Richard Tony Rossi, 86, passed away on June 10, 2013. Rossi was born on Oct. 11, 1926 to Richard Tony and Esther Haro Rossi in Roseville, Calif. He married Fontell Huntsman on Oct. 8, 1949 in Las Vegas, Nev. He served in the United States Navy and was a 4th Degree Knight in the Knights of Columbus. Rossi is survived by daughters Machelle (Jay) Sanders, Colleen (Lane) Hansen, Tina Rowell (Rod) Horsley, Sherry (Bill) Allen and Kathleen (Burley) Hamilton; 18 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and sisters Irene, Margie, Nettie and Stella. Rossi was preceded in death by his parents; wife Fontell; son Richard; grandchildren Troy, Jeff and Billy and brother Roy. A funeral Mass was celebrated at Saint Therese of the Child Jesus Catholic Church.
