SALT LAKE CITY — Robert John Higgins, 74, passed away Nov. 11, 2012. Higgins was born Nov. 14, 1937 in Queens, N.Y. to John and Mary Petrova Higgins. He served during the Korean Conflict. Higgins is survived by his wife, Marjie Higgins; children John (Judy), Debbie and Barbara; and four grandchildren. A memorial service was celebrated at the Weber State University Newman Center.
