SALT LAKE CITY — Ronald Manuel Ontiveros died March 19, 2013. Ontiveros was born Jan. 16, 1976 in Salt Lake City to Ronald K. and Lydia Salazar Ontiveros. He was a cement mason in the construction industry. Ontiveros was preceded in death by grandparents Manuel and Edith Ontiveros. Ontiveros is survived by daughter Frankie Velarde, father Ronald (Diana) Ontiveros, mother Lydia Allen and grandmother Vera Bond. A funeral Mass was celebrated at Saint Patrick Catholic Church.
