Saint Joseph the Worker parishioners view a memorial to Sister Fabian Uriot at the church after a memorial Mass for Sr. Fabian, who died April 21.

Saint Joseph the Worker parishioners and friends attended a memorial Mass for Sister Fabian Uriot on June 15. Sr. Fabian, a Franciscan Sister of the Atonement at Graymoor, New York, served at St. Joseph the Worker Parish for 30 years. She returned to the motherhouse in 2009 for health reasons and died April 21, 2011 in Graymoor. She was 86. At the memorial she was described as a sister, friend and confidant. An article about the memorial Mass will be published in the June 24 issue of the Intermountain Catholic.
