HELPER — Sondi Ann Paiz, 49, passed away June 24, 2012 after a long illness.

Paiz was born June 13, 1963 in Tacoma, Wash., to Dennis and Louise Muncy Ferkins. On June 12, 1982, she married Michael Paiz.

Paiz is survived by her husband, Michael; son Cameron (Amanda Holley); daughter Nicole (Nick) Parker; two grandchildren; parents; and brothers Jimmy Rutherford, Carl Gallegos, Jerry (Marie) Gallegos and Mark (Terry) Gallegos.

She was preceded in death by brother Tommy Gallegos.

A funeral Mass was celebrated at Saint Anthony Catholic Church.
