Saint Ann Parish Men’s Group members Chris Taylor (left), Dennis Brunatti, and Kent Roche host a free Shrove Tuesday pancake dinner Feb. 21, a Fat Tuesday feast before Ash Wednesday. The tradition is known for serving pancakes made with sugar, fat, flour and eggs. Eating rich foods is traditionally restricted during the ritual fasting associated with Lent.
