(Third) Father Oscar Martin Picos, pastor of Saint George Parish, and Father Tai Nguyen, parochial vicar, (in white) led over 250 faithful of all ages on Good Friday in the 7th annual Ecumenical Way of the Cross. Leaders from 13 religious communities participated in the procession that started at Bluff Street Park and ending in front of the Bishop Scanlan Catholic Center at St. George Catholic Church. A scriptural passage was read at each station along the one-mile route, with various people carrying the cross. As they proceeded to the next station, the group sang, "Were You There When They Crucified My Lord?" Courtesy of Carole Drake and Lorraine Boyce
